SUBMARINE EXCURSIONS IN LANZAROTE
CANCELLATION POLICY
The client can cancel his reservation up to 48 hours before the date of his excursion.
The cancellation can be processed by the client directly from the link received by email at the time of making the reservation.
You can also request it by sending an email to reservas@subcatlanzarote.com requesting said cancellation, indicating the number and date of the reservation.
After that date, this right will be lost, leaving the amounts paid in favor of Helix Rent a Boat, S.L. as compensation and without claim by the client.
