SUBMARINE EXCURSIONS IN LANZAROTE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The reservation includes the ticket for the one-hour excursion in our submersible catamaran on the date and time chosen by the client. In order for a reservation to be compliant, payment of 100% of the total amount of the ticket must have been made.
The price of tickets is € 60.00 for adults and € 40.00 for children from 2 to 12 years. The general discount for all reservations, as well as the special discount for groups of 8 or more people, will only be applied to online reservations. For security reasons access to children under 2 years is NOT allowed.
All passengers must show up at our offices 15 minutes before the departure of the hired excursion, and must present the voucher that was sent to them the day they made their reservation. Failure to submit at the indicated time will result in the immediate cancellation of said reservation without any claim by the client.
The excursion will depart from the Marina Rubicón (Playa Blanca) and we will go to the Museo Atlántico, where we will dive. The dives last approximately 20 minutes. Once on the surface, we will return to the port, where the excursion will end.
If, due to bad weather or mechanical problems, it is necessary to suspend the departure, the amount of the reservations will be fully refunded, without any claim from the client.
The client may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the departure of their excursion. After this date, this right will be lost without a claim.
