How to book? You can book directly through this website in the BOOKING ONLINE tab, through our e-mail reservas@subcatlanzarote.com or by phone call. In order for a reservation to be compliant, payment of 100% of the total amount of the ticket must have been made.
What is the price of the tour? The price for adults is € 60.00 and for children (from 2 to 12 years old) is € 40.00. Offer discount online reservations that will be applied automatically when making the reservation. Access to children under 2 years is NOT allowed.
Is there a discount for groups? Yes, there is a special discount for groups of 8 people or more. Our system will automatically apply the discount at the time of booking.
What does the price include? The price includes the ticket for the hour-long excursion in our submersible/catamaran “Balea SubCat”.
What route does the tour include? Once we leave the port of Marina Rubicón, we will head towards the immersion zone, where we will dive. Until then we will navigate on the surface admiring Lanzarote’s particular orography of volcanic origin.
How long does the dive last? The dives have an approximate duration of 20 minutes.
What time are the excursions? Pending to specify. All passengers must show up at our offices 1/4 hour before the departure of the hired excursion, and must present the voucher that was sent to them the day they made their reservation.
What happens if the day of my excursion is bad weather? If due to bad weather or mechanical problem it is necessary to suspend departures, the amount of the reservations will be fully refunded.
Can I change my reservation ? Yes, you can change the time and day of your excursion. You can even cancel your excursion up to 48 hours before.
Can I have problems due to the pressure difference? In our submarine you will not have problems due to pressure differences, since it is totally controlled. The excursion is suitable for anyone, even with hearing problems and pregnant women.
Can I pay with credit card and cash? When making your reservation online you must use your credit card. And if you go to our excursion at the last minute without a reservation, you must make the payment by credit card. Cash payment is not possible.
Where do I redeem my Gift Voucher? You can redeem the gift voucher on this page, in the BOOKING ONLINE tab, or from the e-mail you received with the gift voucher. The validity of the Gift Voucher is 180 days.
